Sports Physicals Information

Sports Physicals: Huntland is Friday, May 3, 2024 8:30a.m.-12:00p.m. FCHS and WCA (located at FCHS) is Monday, May 6, 2024 8:30a.m.-4:30p.m. NMS is Tuesday, May 7, 2024 8:30a.m.-12:00p.m. SMS is Tuesday, May 7, 2024 1:30p.m.-3:30p.m. Students wishing to participate in a sport during the 2024-2025 school year must have a current physical. There is a $20 fee for a sports physical. Cash or check made payable to the school. Proceeds go to your school's athletic program. Please pick up physical forms prior to coming to the sports physicals. These forms can be picked up from your coaches. These forms must be completed and signed by the parent or guardian prior to the sports physical. Receive a free cooling towel with physical. Sports physicals are provided by Southern TN Orthopedics, Southern TN Medical Group, and Southern TN Outpatient Therapy Services.
